Our normal policy lasts 30 days, but our holiday returns policy extends that date until January 31 for all orders placed in November and December. We can't guarantee we'll still have the item you need to exchange for in January, but we will work with you to find the next best option.
The rest of the year, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You may try on apparel, but please be aware of makeup and/or deodorant staining. Item must also be in the original packaging, if it came in packaging (many items do not).

If you are exchanging for personal reasons, you are responsible for shipping costs on your exchange return. In the event of an exchange for a damaged item, we will send you a return label at our expense.
