• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.
• This Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Rhode Island), and the District of Columbia and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. This Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia.
• The Sweepstakes is open solely to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and over the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
• The Sweepstakes begins at 8pm EST on February 4, 2020 and ends at 8pm Pacific Time on February 8, 2020 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
• The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Little Hippie 949 Willoughby Ave #208 Brooklyn, NY 11221.
• By participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, Little Hippie’s Privacy Policy, and any other relevant rules, policies or regulations.
• Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any email address, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter this Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
• Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Where applicable, taxes may be withheld by Sponsor and Sponsor shall have no obligation to adjust the prize or otherwise compensate the winner for any taxes withheld. The winner agrees to furnish Sponsor with and/or execute any additional document requested by Sponsor in connection with the awarding of the prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of the Prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All unspecified expenses are the responsibility of winner. Limit one (1) prize per person or household.
• Sponsor agrees to ship one (1) Prize to the winner via USPS Priority Mail at the Sponsor's expense. No attempt at re-shipment will be made by Sponsor.
• One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $375.
• One (1) First Runner Up Prize will be awarded. The approximate retail value of the First Runner Up Prize is $95.
• One (1) Second Runner Up Prize will be awarded. The approximate retail value of the Second Runner Up Prize is $70.
• Winner will be chosen at random and announced via Instagram to all entrants on or about February 9 at https://www.instagram.com/littlehippiellc. Winner information can also be obtained by emailing contact@littlehippie.com.
• By participating, each entrant expressly agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; and (b) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph/video, image and/or likeness for editorial, administrative, programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. By participating, entrant also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Sweepstakes without the prior consent of the Sponsor, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.
• Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. All personal information collected by Sponsor will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes. In addition, entrants may receive email correspondence from, or on behalf of Sponsor subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. Sponsor uses reasonable commercial efforts to comply with Federal CAN-SPAM guidelines, and entrants may subsequently opt-out of receiving further emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Any questions regarding privacy matters should be directed to contact@littlehippie.com information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Sponsor. Entrants expressly agree to hold Sponsor harmless for the unintended dissemination or distribution of personal information.
• These official rules and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York.
