What are the age ranges that go along with your size categories?
- Our Babies collection is typically for newborn babies all the way up through 24 months.
- Our Toddlers collection is typically for kids ages 2-6.
- Our Youth collection is typically for kids ages 7-12.
- Our Men, Women and Unisex collections are for the "big kids" who are Little Hippies at heart.
Can you leave pricing info off my order?
By default, none of our packing slips include pricing info. We assume many customers are sending gifts, so we customized our packing slips to remove prices in order to eliminate any need for you to email us requesting a gift receipt.
How do I send a gift message with the items I'm purchasing for someone?You can add your gift message in the "Order Notes" box in the shopping cart. However, we are unable to add gift notes to any of our items that are shipped directly from manufacturers, so we cannot guarantee gift notes will make it to the intended recipient.
Can I get an express order?
Yes. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm we can get you what you need in time. The option to choose Priority Mail Express is available at checkout. If you'd like us to use a carrier other than the USPS to send an express order, please let us know what carrier you prefer, and we'll let send you a price quote.
What is your return policy?
How do your sizes run?
For the most part everything runs true to size. Toddler hoodies run about a size small. See individual product descriptions for exceptions or feel free to contact us with any questions. We can send you size charts for any product upon request.
What fabric do you print on?
See individual product descriptions for specific details. We strive to always use top quality materials, and our priority is always softness. Whenever possible, we also try to utilize items constructed here in the USA.
How are your images put on your products?
All of our apparel is screen printed. Our woven blankets have the images woven in to the blanket. Everything else is printed directly. We do not use heat transfers.
Why do I see items on your shop that are not available?
We like to keep things fresh! We are constantly rotating our styles and creating new art for designs. If a sold out item is still in our shop, it is because we intend to restock it. There is an option to receive email notifications when those items do get restocked. We listen to what our customers have to say, and if enough of you say you want a certain product back, we will do our best to make that happen!!
What is a pre-order?
Sometimes we will make certain products available while they are still in production. As soon as those products are completed, we immediately ship them out to the customers that "pre-ordered" those items. Pre-orders help us to keep new product always in production and to ensure we order enough inventory to meet demand.
Why isn't the discount code I entered working?
This could be for any of the following reasons:
- The code is expired
- The code is specific to your account, and you're not logged into it.
- You did not enter the code correctly
- We made a mistake on the code (email us, and we'll fix it)
- You tried to combine codes (see next question for more info)
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Our system does not support multiple discount codes. This includes both automatic promotional discounts and discount codes you manually enter at checkout. If you have multiple codes, you'll need to compare them to find the best offer for your order. Sale items however remain eligible for discount codes.
I forgot to enter a code before checking out. Can you enter it for me?
We can only do this on promotional offers provided your order was placed during the time and dates specific to the code you're requesting we add. We cannot do this with any other codes.
Can discount codes be backdated.
I see you offer a lot of deals but not the deal I'm looking for...
We always do our best to keep our Little Hippies happy! If there is a promotion you see available on our site that isn't exactly what you are looking for, just contact us and we will do our best to work something out for you.
Where do I enter my promo/discount code?
There is a "Discount" box on the checkout page to enter those codes. They do not compute if you put them in the "order notes" section.
Can I use two promo codes on one order?
No, only one promo code can be used per order. However, promo codes can be applied to sale items.
I forgot to enter my promo code and I have already checked out. Can I get that discount refunded?
This situation is dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If there was a problem at checkout that can be recreated/an error on our part, we will absolutely refund that to you. If you simply "forgot" to use it, weeellllll, email us and we will let you know. In the event of a promotion, discounts can never be backdated to apply to orders placed before the commencement of that promotion.
